To help address the reasons of the yawning digital divide, this online knowledge group would enable sharing of information and will act as information gateway to Sri Lanka's ICT for Development initiatives including e-Governance and e-Government programmes, research, white papers, surveys, case studies, experiences, and best practices.

Digital Development (DigiDev) - Sri Lanka, is envisaged to be highly interactive group which will provide a platform for expression, opportunities to network, and support for action.
