Hi Jen,

According to the source in fo/src/com/idiominc/ws/opentopic/fo/i18n,
the default is empty. That means that characters not in the i18n
lists (such as ASCII) belong to no Alphabet. No-Alphabet characters
just adopt the properties of the text immediately preceding them.
