DITA for PnPs / SOPs?   Message List

Re: DITA for SOPs?

I was asked this question by Mgt just yesterday. With the economic
downturn, my employer is pushing to ramp-up SOP development, and Mgt
wants to know if DITA would be a good template. Is anyone using DITA
for SOPs? If so, do you find Concept-Task-Reference sufficient, or is
a new specialization needed?

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks! Todd
