We're beginning to use the FAQ specialization and have discovered that the
domains are not included. I've played around with trying to include them in
faq_shell.dtd and faq_shell.xsd with no success. I freely admit to only the
sketchiest understanding of the mechanics of specialization (although I totally
understand the theory). Would anyone be willing to offer a brief (if possible)
step-by-step explanation of how to include the domains in FAQ topics? Many
