Hello DITA experts

I am trying to use domain specialization to restrict the
content model
to exclude all bloc elements except image.
The primary reason is to prevent authors from doing things that the DTD may
allow but which don't make sense in our environment. Although I can do this
by defining a new element that specializes
I have found no way to
actually restrict the default
content model without actually editing the
topic.mod file itself.

I have a feeling that I'm missing something really easy and obvious, but
this is the first time that I'm defining DTDs myself rather than using one
that an expert has created, so I would appreciate your help.

I know some of you have actually changed the DITA (Indi?) and would be
interested in knowing what kind of changes you implemented and why.

Thanks
