Has anyone considered using DITA for Policies and Procedures /
Standard Operating Procedures? They are also a collection of Concept (policies)
Steps (Procedures) and Reference, including choice tables, notes and all the
rest. I have a possible contract for a large engineering company in several
locations, which probably have a few individual procedures and lots of common
ones.
We are initiating an SOP
project utilizing DITA, DocBook and UML2.
Considering a DITA specialization
for UML2 Activity diagrams.
