Hi, can anyone help us? My son is 20 years old, college student.
Currently he is about to be a father in June. The mother of the
child threatens to take the baby out of state, not put my son's name
on the birth certificate and basically not give him any rights
whatsoever. My son wants to accept the responsibility of the baby
with support (both emotionally and financially). Can you direct
us as to what steps to take to ensure the baby has both parents.
Marriage is not an option! Unfortunately this was just a fling
and not an ongoing relationship.
