my son has had that happen to him

he has a daughter 3 years old, my grand daughters mother decided she
wasn't going to let him see his daughter anymore. No one has seen
them since Aug.15, 2006

When my son went to see his daughter she called the police and the
next day got a stalking order on him, she lied to get it, then she
got evicted and moved to another place here in Kansas, then she went
to florida, I hired a private investigator to help

it seems the state is out to protect the ones who break the law

my grand daughters mother and my son have joint custody, she never
showed up at any of the hearings, she got government assistance so
the welfare is going to believe the lies and stuff the women say,
she is saying my son abused her and my grand daughter and that is a
bold faced lie but what makes it worse is the representative of
welfare office was at the court hearing and she knows what went on
in there but they don't care if a lying lady is breaking the law or
not, I have been calling my state representative, I told them that
alot of these so called laws need to be changed and that it is wrong
that they should just go on word of someone, if a women accuses a
man of abuse then before she goes to a shelter or anything she
should have to show that she went to court to prove it first

my grand daughter is in danger but do you think the welfare will
help, NOPE, and all this goes alot deeper than what I writing in
this letter


I miss my grand daughter very much, I am raising a handicapped child
by myself, my son recently had to bury his son who was stillborn so
I really haven't had much sleep since August last year, this is
driving me bonkers also
