I am recently divorced as of nov of 2005 have joint custody well it
was a shock to me when i found out the x turned gay now she is hiding
the kids everytime i go to pick them up for my weekend.I started
recording all call and video recording everytime i go to get the kids
I do go to the school to see the oldest he is 7.I can really tell
this is all taking a toll on him and the other two also.I am on
disability so my funds are very limited.I didnt have a lawyer for the
divorce because we agreed on everything at that time i did not want
to attempt to take custody of the kids because they are so young
2,4,7 as soon as we got the divorce she moved a 50 yr old lesbian in
with her and told me she was a lesbian too now i cant talk to the
kids on the phone or see them,other than going to thr oldest son
school for lunch.I have to walk a very fine line with all this
because i know that all of this will back fire on her sooner or
later the cops cant help because its civil all though she is in
contemp of a ct order i just can go to the police station and file a
complant everytime untill i can afford a lawyer Its not a matter of
whats right or wrong its all about $$$ all of this is in texas I know
if I can get all of this in front of a judge I dont think they will
think to kindly of this if anyone has any comments OR ADVISE please
