have you tried legal aid, they go according to your
income, also some attorneys do a few cases probono, do
you know what that means. If you don't it means that
some do cases for free. Not all attorneys do this but
most do, so you need to call around. Aslo there are
some if you search the phone book that give a free
consultation which means they give free advice and
answer your questions just the one time. Myself I am
talking with the State Representative on getting some
of these laws changed. My son has shared custody of
his daughter and her mother left the state and he
hasn't seen his daughter since Aug of last year, and
this lady gets shared custody and the welfare office
helped her leave, they know the law about not leaving
the state without the other parents signature but they
help and protect her anyway. so that is why I first
talked to the state representative and helping them
because they want to change some laws and I will help
them to my dying day and I won't give up looking for
my grand daughter either. I know his situation isn't
the same as yours, but I don't believe that women
should have the rights when it comes to the children
and if you can get a attorney to do a case for you
probono and you know where she is and have her served
with papers, if she doesn't show up at the hearing she
can be arrested. My son did't want to do that to his
ex (mother of his daughter) but you know there are
times when men need to learn not to play nice when it
comes to fighting for the children because I will tell
you this, women don't play fair, they play nasty and
mean and lie. This sounds funny coming from a female
but it is the truth. I was a single mother raising
three children and one of my children has multiple
handicaps, I never kept my sons away from their
fathers, there fathers just never wanted to see them,
I never took child support either from the fathers.
So you need to not play fair anymore when it comes to
your ex because I guarantee that she will never be
fair in anything now that she has the kids and you two
are divorced. You do know her mother is telling her
how to get around everything and avoid things rights,
I mean if her motehr did it to her father then she
knows the ropes and mothers helps daughters through
things like this to keep them from being arrested or
anything. Is she unfit in other ways besides being a
lesbian. If you can prove that the children are
suffering that will be one for your side. Your
situation is very different than most and you need to
watch your step because as I said before the opposite
sex doesn't play fair.
