Having problems with message search?
Hi Roger,
I understand your dilemma. I'm in the same position of having to let my 2 kids see their father who claims he's mentally unstable (when he doesn't want to work & pay child support). I was given this advice from a professor of mine who is also an attorney. He said to document everything, even if that means buying a notebook and recording the time and date of your conversations with her and write down when she threatens you. If you know anyone that is aware of her mental state, ask them if they would write that knowledge down in a affidavit so that if you ever have to go to court then you'll have some evidence of her behavior. That's all I can suggest other than getting an attorney, which might be your best bet. Also, you need to have that traffic warrant taken care of; I would think that it wouldn't detract from your ability to see your children because it has nothing to do with taking care of them.
