I had been a part of the pregnancey up until she decided to get a TRO
that was completely false.My ex gave my daughter a different last name
than mine, kepted me off the birth certificate, and her family and
friends kepted the birth a secret from my family and from me, of
course. I didn't even find out about my daughter until a week passed
by. Then it was over two weeks before any information about her was
realeased by her friends. I have court ordered visitation with my son
who is two and a half, but with the new baby, i have absolutely no
rights, just like she wanted it. Now I have to prove paternity, even
though neither one of us is contesting that I am the father of this
child, this is just another ongoing tactic of her alienating my
children from me. I should have learned my lesson after my son was
born, but we tried to reconcile and now my trouble has doubled. What
she did with out daughter is an outrage. I haven't the funds to do a
paternity test that I wish to waive, but she is trying to force me to
go thru with. One day she will turn it around and tell my daughter that
I didn't believe she was my daughter, and I tried to prove it by this
test. How can I avoid this from happening, and trust me, my ex is
cruel, and at our kids expense, hurt their feelings just to hurt mine.
