maybe 4 piezo inside the edges of the vat then a ultra sound generator would keep the resin moving around without the need of pumps....

There are pumps for UV ink (for wide formate printers) available on eBay and aliexpress, these would be ideal because they are made for continues operation...

Mach produces step pulses and galvos do not work via steps so no they will not understand. You could probably accumulate the steps with a microcontroller...
