With this group...what you see is what you get...there are
no hidden motives or info (unless I find the key to cold
fusion or something similar...in this case I will take over
the world).

If you have something to say about magnets...post it on the
group message list. That way everyone benefits...and the
knowledge base builds.

People should post some detailed info...you can't expect a
useable answer or anyone to benefit from what you post....
if you don't give some details.

questions you might have about life in general.

I DO know the meaning of life however:

"Why did the chicken cross the road? To get to the other side."

What does this mean? It means you are a chicken and you are
standing in the middle of the road. Think about it....but don't
panic.

In actuality...the meaning of life is whatever you find meaning in.

Because if you beleive and think something is meaningful...
then guess what? It is.

In order to understand what this group is about...a new member
will need to do some "research" on the subject of magnet use...
using the LINKS and reading the messages already posted.

The more you immerse yourself in the wonderful "world of magnets"...
the more some comprehension will soak in.....and the more you
will understand. Maybe.

While I certainly don't know everything about magnets...I did
spend some time researching the patents and websites related
to magnet use...trying to discern how best to use them. All I
can say here is....good luck.

The particular methods I'm using are not the ONLY or the BEST
methods to use...just those I've happened on from reading and
thinking about the issues involved.

There are many conflicting ideas in the patents and on the
websites related to magnet use...which can leave a reader
very confused as which method might be best to use.

The patents claim a superior result vs previous designs...and
so do the websites selling various fuel line and water
conditioning magnet sets.

There are many theories as to how a magnet might affect fuel or
water...and many of these might best be seen as scientific
"fables" of a sort.

Benefits expected....(contingent on magnets actually being
"proven" to have these effects)


* better mpg and less emissions for diesel and gasoline
powered engines...cars...trucks...motorcycles...mowers...
farm equipment...etc

* cleaner & longer lasting engine and auto trans....& oils
by removing steel particles from these oils

* less heating fuel (nat gas, propane, heating oil) costs
due to increased utilization of the fuel

* less cost to heat water with nat gas, propane, or electric
due to less calcium carbonate/iron oxide deposits in the tank and
increased utilization of the fuel

* less need to clean lime deposits from faucets/toilets...etc.

* better dish/clothes washing and showers...less soap and
softeners needed

* less wear and tear on....and more useful life from
appliances like washers, dishwashers, and water heaters

For good basic and comprehensive info on magnets...
"A lot of answers about magnets...." is the place to
start.

Two sites you should probably start with are....the
"Article on Magno-Flo" and "Magnetic Fuel Saver" pages....
these are listed under these names in the LINKS SECTION.

Then you should look at some of the Patents listed on
the "Magnetic Fuel Saver" page by going to the Google
Patent Search page...paste in a patent number
and click SEARCH.

This brings up the the patent with text
and illustrations.

Also the related and quoted patents are linked.

And you can SEARCH using any terms you want.

OR...

To see the patent as a pic and so you can see the
illustrations...you need to go to "InternetTIFF" page
and download & install this program (Windows). This
allows you to download the patents as TIFF images to
your computer. You'll have about 3 days to download
a patent...all pages at one time...after this it will
be one page at a time.

If you have any problems with this program...it helps
to reinstall it over your previous installation.

The easiest way to read and comprehend the patents is
to open the text page online AND be able to look a the
illustrations in TIFF format on your computer at the
same time. It can be sort of difficult to comprehend
what is being said otherwise.
