Maybe the problem is addressed. I just
tried and it redirected me to http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=22866&package_id=16942&release_id=645033
where I was able to begin downloading a .zip file. If you are still having
trouble, you might try flushing your browser history and having another go.
