I am no tech but I'll make a guess.
With these vintage stuff it's actually the mains transformer of the
AMP that provides all the electricity, although they are routed
through the preamp then back to the amp. Convoluted heh?
Not knowing what tubes are used, I can only guess 6V is likely
filament voltage for the tubes. If it is 6V AC then there must be a
secondary tap at the transformer which you can connect to the tubes'
filaments.
The 100V must be B+ related. I better not say more.
Of course you have to feed the mains to the primary of the mains
transformer of the amp also.
