Description

This public list is to archive and discuss public comments submitted to US Department of Energy for its Comprehensive National Energy Strategy (CNES), first revision in the national energy policy plan since 1992, final form delivered to Congress and The President June 1998 posted at

http://www.hr.doe.gov/nesp/cnes.html

To review the saga following our public comments submissions in Sacramento and Washington, DC, including return letter from DOE of May 12, 1998, with DOE acknowledgement of Zero Point Energy science and designation of devices to harness ZPE as "...the holy Grail of energy research", follow the links starting with the "Energy" button at bottom of

Proposition One for Global Nuclear Disarmament
http://www.prop1.org

Most public input by several scientists is not on this list as yet and will be gradually scanned and posted as demand requires.

Also see http://groups.yahoo.com/group/strategic-plan and http://groups.yahoo.com/group/new-energy-solutions for more recent submissions of new energy public comments info to DOE in 2000 for its Strategic Plan, and to the California Governor and California Energy Commission, starting August 2001.

The newest addition to this series of public access archives for new energy science and technology information was established September 2003 for applications to further a Global Cease-Fire Agreement Among All Nations, ie,
