Jpegs produce small files but are somewhat lossy. BMPs are fairly well supported by Windows and lossless. Targas are generally fast and support lossless...

The program is listed as 'project dogwaffle' in add/remove programs. If you cant find it there, and still can't get it to install, manually delete the project...
