Yes, I think you could put it in the InstituteRepository. But I'm also thinking that it sounds like a more general functionallity that you might want to have for more pages. You could consider making it an explicite concept and perhaps creating a WebStatsRepository.getPageViewCount(some id). After all, it is related to serving web-pages, not to managing Institutes
