NVIDIA is looking for a world-class Senior Video Engineering Manager to join
the Video Software Engineering Group at NVIDIA. The successful candidate will
manage various teams working on diverse digital video/audio/imaging
technologies on the PC. We are looking for a self-driven and experienced
candidates who have excellent leadership and management skills, extensive
systems software experience, who can oversee the implementation of complex
video-centric architectures and software stacks, come up with plans and
schedules and drive software deliverables and various productivity initiative.
The successful candidate must also have great communication skills and be able
to interface efficiently with various groups within NVIDIA as well as outside
(3rd party ISVs, Microsoft, OEMs, etc..).



MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- BS or higher degree in Computer Science, or related degree

- 7+ years experience in a management and leadership position

- Experience with dealing with 3rd party partners

- Experience with dealing with international teams

- Familiarity with computer system architectures and the hardware/software
interface layer models

- Familiarity with Video codecs such as MPEG2, MPEG4, H.264, VC1 is highly
useful

- Familiarity with DirectX-VA, MS MediaCenter is also beneficial
