Gary,

Just out of curiosity, what functionality feature were you referring to built in to DTSearch?  I am aware of DTSearch's 'Hit Count by word' feature, but this is not what I was exactly looking for.  I was just looking to see if anyone knew of an existing feature that would enable a simple way to generate a report displaying the count of responsive documents to a keyword, when running searches via 'List of Words' (keyword list).

I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your knowledge of any such function.

Thanks again,
Tae

I would believe that this is a fairly common task and is quite easy to create by enumerating through your index(s).  If I remember correctly dtsearch should have this functionality built in to their software.  Are you using dtsearch desktop or an application you created yourself?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of an available tool, solution, or option to run
searches, via a list of words, that can produce a report indicating
the number of responsive documents generated by keyword?

I am running trying to run search sets, containing over 300 key terms
over 30+ batches of indexes, and was hoping to see if there was an
automated solution readily available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
T.C.
