-Must also have experience with the following: Harware Upgrades; OS
Upgrades; PTF Application; Troubleshooting; Installing 3rd Party
Software; Vendor Management
- System forecasting,Hw and OS upgrades,2nd level troubleshooting,
system architecting is most of what they are doing
