I think most people I know are using Optio for specialty forms.
From their web site
http://www.optio.com it looks like there is a
webcast tomorrow for their product.
Also, when working with special forms, think about if you want to use
COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disk-and other non-paper media). In the
future, would you want to generate PDF's from the form overlays, or
display the form overlay and your
data over it for a user, or on a web site for your customers. These are
important questions to ask your potential vendors.
Forms are not just simple docs these days.
