I would like to receive eumetsat images every 15minutes, I have the
software, hardware and antenna but I do not have the money to pay for
a license as an "end user". Is there a way to sign in as a meteorology
amateur?
I cannot believe one has to pay 12000 euros to have the license! Do
you know how I can do it or if I just got it wrong?
I would really appreciate any advise.
