I am looking for archived  fine tempral and spatial (preferably 15min,3km)
resolution rainfall data for the specific events between April and May 1999 in
my small (52 sq. Km)catchment down the slopes of Mt. Kilimanjaro( 37.25E,37.6E
and 3.33S, 3.05S). I have been trying to retrieve the EUMETSAT  multi-sensor
precipitation estimates which are in GRIB2 fomart but I had problem in decoding
/reading by the ECMWF/NOAA tools, finding their resolution and also they are not
archived!.Please if you can advise on how I can get these data I should be very
gratefull.
