I've added a latitude & longitude readout to the beta version of the
DWDSAT HRPT Viewer. You can download it here:

I suspect that the "N10" designation is because the satellite ID for
NOAA-19 and NOAA-10 is the same (they only have a few bits to code the
ID). It needs a little intelligence added to the DWDSAT generation
program to know that if the data is 2009 or later, likely it's NOAA-19 and
not NOAA-10.
Nice to see the new satellite data, and from a different part of the
world. This data is freely available to all over EUMETSAT, and consists
of ready-processed data normally covering Europe (and centred on Germany,
of course, for DWD). Data is carried from a greater range of satellites
than the EARS AVHRR data. See:
