I see this morning that DWDSAT have produced 1284 Kb images for that Arctic
pass, the same as they do for all European passes of NOAA 15 to 18.
That might well suggest that these passes will become permanent.
I assume David that the boundaries for these passes will be correct once the
data is processed as NOAA 19.
