Thanks for looking into that David. There has been no NOAA-10/19 data now
from DWDSAT for almost 30 hours, so I am beginning to wonder if it was sent
in error as their image data normally only covers Europe. They are not even
using NOAA 19 for their Europe passes and I am not sure if they would drop
NOAA-18 if they did.

If any more NOAA-10/19 data is received I will report to DWD, assuming the
same issues with country boundaries.
