OK, as I stated earlier, I believe this updated
'dwpl.dwm' file provides better functionality for
D5 Standard.

I have added provision for some code building for
D5S, although it is all bypassed at present.

I'm not sure how much of it _should_ build with D5S,
I had expected the stuff from section "sys67_okay"
("finish_d45sys" falls through to this) would be OK,
however, it bombs out due to a "$WARN" directive in
'SysUtils.pas' and an undefined identifier "sLineBreak"
in 'SysConst.pas'.

BTW, building of 'System.pas' and 'SysInit.pas' is
done earlier in section "d45sys", and is bypassed
in the case of D5S, separately from the above.

One other thing I noticed in working on 'dwpl.dwm'
is that the "D5 pre-built binaries" package doesn't
include a 'WDosComCtrl.dcu', although that is one
of the units built by 'dwpl.dwm'.

So I'm curious to know whether the stuff in the
"sys67_okay" section _should_ be able to build
under D5S and whether 'WDosComCtrl.dcu' is supposed
to be included in the "D5 binaries" package.

Finally, do let me know if I've made any major
mistakes with the updated 'dwpl.dwm'. <g>
