It's a matter of changing every aspect of how the company works

Dataquest: Online Training: VYING TO BE THE HOTTEST...
The Indian online learning market scenario is currently dominated by
IT training, with non-IT related training yet to establish itself. The
reason for this is two-fold..."Except in the field of infotech
training, there are very few content creation companies available and
even fewer is the availability of solution providers. Also, setting
up an e-learning site is an extremely complicated task."

OPINION: Tim Wilson: When Paradigms Shift, Follow The Money
Since the dawn of commercial computing, users and vendors have
engaged in a chicken-and-egg argument over who controls the direction
of new technology and IT practices. Most users believe they have
little influence on vendors and are forced to implement whatever
technology a vendor provides. Most vendors say they are market-driven
and develop only the technology that users demand.
Both sides make compelling, defensible arguments. But looking back
from the days of the mainframe to current trends in e-marketplaces,
I've decided to put my stake in the ground. It is vendors, not users,
that drive most major changes in the computing paradigm. --Tim Wilson

trained employees cannot take full advantage of the latest in
processes and technologies.
