Hi, John,

The problem is very likely that Mail in Leopard changed things from the previous
format
(or the background commands have changed). eMA hasn't been updated in almost a
year,
and John Carlsen hasn't posted here in equally a long time, so it's pretty clear
that eMA is
in essence a dead product. I'd therefore recommend that you move to some other
solution. I've found MailSteward to be fast and quite reliable with Apple Mail
so you might
give that a try. The only hitch is if you have a large archive already in eMA or
another
FileMaker-based solution; I have yet to find an easy way to get said archive (or
a text
export) into MailSteward so you may not be able to have a single archive of all
your old
emails.

Regards.

John, other users: it appears that Leopard (OS X 10.5) breaks eMA. When you try to archive any folder, the process stops on the first message (and all...

John, It still works here just fine with OSX 10.5.1, eMA 4.02, and Entourage 11.3.6 while archiving. I don¹t use eMA for any other functions, so I haven¹t...

Steve, Thank you for your response. I'm using 10.5.1, eMA 4.10b1, and Apple Mail. I know that Apple Mail is updated/new with 10.5.1, so that may be the source...

eMA hasn't worked for me either - and I'm still running OS X 10.4.1! But I had pretty much given up since no solution (essentially the same error message as...
