BULLETIN ITEM: Cayce Prophecies Alert: Upheavals In The Arctic

This is one of the more important Earth Changes advisories.

Two Class 4 quakes have just struck high in the Arctic at two widely separated
points. I have been watching the Arctic for some eight years. This is the
first time we have had two quakes over 4.0. You almost never even get one such
quake.

To add to the interest, a Class 4 quake also struck at virtually the same time
off the coast of Oregon. Look at the triangulation on the map, it is exquisite.
I am calling this a continental class tectonic event, I don't think these are
random discrete events. I believe that they relate directly to the past three
weeks of shape-shifting long waveforms which have been traveling through North
America. It will make some time to mull this one over...

This is the first Cayce Prophecies Alert I am issueing. It is because of the
exceptional rarity of the events which have just occurred and the clear
connection with planetary shape-shfiting. In Cayce's "Grand Sweep" earth
changes prophecy, in nearly one breath he tied together the whole dynamic of the
phasing of the changes in the Earth. For the finale phase, one of the crucial
starting phenomenon is "upheavals" in the arctic zone. These are then followed
by major tectonic activity in the equatorial zone (Cayce specified volcanism).

As can be surmised if you have following these events and commentaries during
the past three weeks in the EC Bulletin, it is quite obvious that North America
is moving and changing shape this month at a more accelerated pace than it has
for many years. These two Arcrtic quakes are at the northern edge of North
America through a zone in which the northern Canadian islands and Greenland are
fragmenting away from the North American Plate. This type of "upheaval" may be
as well a signal for the breaking up of the Western U.S., which Cayce predicted
would precede or accompany the shifting of the poles (avalanche of the crust).

For what it is worth, I believe that this activity will accelerate during May
and June, abate during July through October, then begin to build to an even
greater surge of activity in November-January, December possibly being the most
active month. This is based on the synchronicity of the lunar orbital cycles.
As some of you know, sometimes these calls are roughly on target, sometimes they
miss the side of the barn completely.

So do not take this alert in a dramatic sense of urgency. For many many reasons,
I believe that we are many years away from truly destructive earth movements in
most of the world. There will be plenty of symptomology to warn us. The Earth
will build up "mo" behind the changes and we will be aware of the effects. The
only exception I would entertain for North America is the immediate coastal zone
of San Diego through to Vancouver BC and also the Anchorage zone. Like New
Orleans, these highly desirable places to live suffer one incurable flaw. They
are geologically doomed. Eventually, at any time, these coastal zones will
suffer very destructive earthquakes. Given the obvious and easy to observe
acceleration in tectonic movements during the past 40 years, the odds for these
areas are drawing closer to even up with each passing lunar cycle. Accordingly,
a Class 8 plus quake can be expected at any time in any portion of the western
coastal zone. This current moment of "surge" in North America is thus somewhat
"unsettling" at deep emotional levels.

Incidentally, there are currently three quake swarm zones now active at this
moment in California, all related to volcanic fields. Magma diking through the
crust is causing crustal upwelling in three zones and the tattletale for these
upwellings are large numbers of small quakes in one very small area, typically
measured in less than 20 miles from each other.

P.S. I suspect that the Arctic quakes point to increased rifting in the central
portion of the Arctic Zone (the Great Rift, not coincidentally, nearly runs
directly under the North Spin Axis). If so, heat flux into the Arctic Ocean is
increasing - watch for the greatest melt ever this summer, watch the U.N.
climatologists tear their hair out unable to explain the acceleration in Global
Warming, watch Al Gore huff and puff the Carbon Tax Scam as never before.
