If a validating stop is hit the learning process will be stopped. This
regardless of the target stop. If enabled validating overrides the
error target stop. Some users are confused by validating stops.
Validating doesn't always stop when expected. When more than one stop
condition is used it seems to be difficult to find out why the
learning process has stopped. It's all to do with priorities. The
validating stop priorities are not displayed in the current version.
In the next version the cause of the stop will be displayed on the
status bar and the learning progress graph.
The validating stop priorities will be:-
1. Percent of validating examples within range reached.
2. Percent of validating examples correct after rounding reached.
3. Validating error below target.
4. Validating error increasing.
5. Validating examples within range or correct decreasing.
6. Target validating score reached.
