My EasyReader worked great on my XP until my XP died. I now have a Vista. I
loaded EasyReader (Patrick says that it loaded and was activated.) and I now
seem to have the proper permissions. I think I have everything working, but the
update part. When I click on "update now", nothing happens. Anyone know how to
fix this? I gave up trying to get through to Microsoft Support. I did get
through to the New Delhi Microsoft Support Group, but they just kept telling me
to log onto Microsoft Support. I think Microsoft has finally figured out a way
to keep users from bothering them.
