Isn’t there a contact email address on the website. Contact them there
and I’m sure they’ll help.

I had a problem transferring from one PC to another, and they sorted
that straight away.

i have bought easyreader as im sure you have gathered from being on
this site , but i cant get it to kick in right , i had iot before from
a friend and it ran outta date and only recently could i buy a copy ,
but when i enter register serial number it says it in correct number ,
