GLBSSTUB causing general protection fault error at installation. S   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #14685 of 22780 |

Hi all,

I just started getting into GTD, which really need in my life, and
thought ecco would be perfect for me. Alas, when I tried installing
it, on my Dell C640 laptop (Windows XP), I keep getting:

"GLBSSTUB caused General Protection Fault Error in module ~GLC000E.TMP
at 0003:24B6. Choose close. GLBSSTUB will close."

I tried installing it in safe mode but with same result. Can anyone
help? Will anyone please help?

Desperate

As Don points out, there are multiple temp directories in Windows. Just in case the problem file is somewhere you haven't found yet, I would use Windows...
