Hi Robert: Files controlling you toolbar contents are probably in C:\Windows on your old XP configuration. Mine are:

C:\WINDOWS\ecco.alm  <-- this controls your alarms but I think you will have been asked if you wanted to make them active
C:\WINDOWS\ecco.cfx   <-- this defines icons on your toolbox
C:\WINDOWS\ecco.fdb  <-- I'm not sure what this one does :-\

If you were or are using ecco.ext the active version of the above files will be found in your %Progfiles%\EccoPro\ folder. ie for me:

D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ecco.alm
D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ecco.cfx
D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ecco.fdb

If you are not running as Administrator you have to (I believe) make sure you have write access to them.
