Hey thanks for the information! I actually figured it out by the time I got your email, I forgot to utilize the pull down menu's and then you use the right toolbar icon and drag them onto the toolbar and then arrange the icons as you want them! I can't tell you how glad I am that I found this Ecco Forum for ongoing support with the most awesome program for tracking stuff ever! I love it and Thanks a bunch! Have a great night!
Sincerely,
Krockodile,
Robert

Hi Robert: Files controlling you toolbar contents are probably in C:\Windows on your old XP configuration. Mine are:Hey Guys Thanks Millions!
I had downloaded the new installer the other day and thought I had to download the application files separately and then somehow run it with the new installer! I tried the new installer and it launched Ecco Pro 4.01 and it is working!! I have loaded some old files and some new ones created on my XP Box and they all seem to work fine!
The only thing I have noticed is that the Icon toolbar has no Icons on it and I can't seem to find the menu to reset them to be visible?? Maybe I will keep looking! Thanks a Million for your help!!
C:\WINDOWS\ecco. alm <-- this controls your alarms but I think you will have been asked if you wanted to make them active
C:\WINDOWS\ecco. cfx <-- this defines icons on your toolbox
C:\WINDOWS\ecco. fdb <-- I'm not sure what this one does :-\
If you were or are using ecco.ext the active version of the above files will be found in your %Progfiles%\ EccoPro\ folder. ie for me:
D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ ecco.alm
D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ ecco.cfx
D:\Program Files\EccoPro\ ecco.fdb
If you are not running as Administrator you have to (I believe) make sure you have write access to them.
