Humbled by financial crisis and desperate for foreign aid Russian
leaders met at Davos the G7 leaders but he could not managed to gain
anything else except the hope for a progress in talks with IMF(
International Monetary Fund). Russia needs new IMF loans to pay off
old debts and to recover its Economy.
