Hello,

Motor with aluminum winding wire can perform same efficiency as copper wire provided
that the design is modified. Below is the some design consideration,

Suppose you wanted to change a design from copper to aluminum,

1) increase aluminum wire size to match resistance( usally two step lower SWG)

2) you may have to reduce turns to accommodate in the same slot,or redesign the slot.

3) you can increase the core length for  reduction in turns

Aluminium motor is no more inferier in performance than copper motor.if properly designed.
Aluminum is felt inferor as its being replaced by copper wire without change in design.

There are several manufcaturer in hermetic motor and HVAC fan motor in india implemented aluminum motor. I have worked in those project.

only manufcaturing of joint to be air tight, so that oxidation does not occur.

good luck.

Regards
Saravanan

world is going towards more energy efficent and more green, you are putting electricity use in reverse gear to reduce the cost more dirty way. wasting energy in condcution loss.

I think there are chokes which use aluminium wires, but due to oxidation and corrosion etc. joints are not relaible. Of course I am not an expert yet I do have some practical experience. The best known solution could be to crimp and then put Araldite or any Epoxy sealant. But do remember that Aluminium is less conductive than Copper, therefore volume of winding would increase, so take care of overloading. You should put a search on Google too, may have someone have attained the problem.

Arun

Machine 2 make unlimited electrical power from 2 motors + a battery
======================================================

Hey,

    check this out,,,
this is an email that I want to send out to the world,
mainly to energy research departments,
of Canada + USA

I cannot be sure where this will go,
or even if they will take this serious,
but it does work,,,

    my electric chair, (electric motors),
will create electrical power,
,,,. with some time + effort,
(which could be easily automated)

You never know,,,,
,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, what are we in for,
If this really takes off,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Is this what I hope it to be,,,
usable, free energy from gravity and other forces in nature,,,
a gift from the Big Guy upstairs,

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------\
--------------
Please forgive me for using this handle,
- I have no Word from God on this subject,
- Nor do I claim to be this Elijah,
- But God promises to send Elijah, before the end (Mal 4:5)
o ¡§Elias truly shall first come¡¨ (Mat 17:11)
- Time is very short,,, less than 4 years,,, before many are left
behind
- o and I want them to know how close that the end of the world is,
(world system)
                        o the ¡§world without end¡§=Isa 45:17+ Eph 3:21 X
2013 is the deadline for the Rapture,,, (taken from my 2020 vision)
Because CHRIST MUST COME BACK BEFORE THE YEAR 2020
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------\

=============================================

Guess what,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I think that God has shown me something awesome,
I have stumbled upon the,
PERPETUAL MOTION machine,

Yes,,,,, and even better than perpetual,,,,
,,, this machine actually makes electric power,
Out of seemingly nothing,
as in ¡V this system can freely produce electric energy,
seemingly out of nothing,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Now hold on just a moment,,,
I do realize that this is not a true example of perpetual motion,,,
Because of bearings alone, or that they will wear out eventually,
That is why I added the word ¡§machine¡¨ afterwards,

This is a man made machine,
Which only mimics perpetual motion,
As it continues to run, seemingly forever,
Producing free electricity,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

No more dependency on OIL, and the middle east oil
supplies,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

      = and the world says,
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

This is a gift from God,,,
As He has shared this with me,
                         To share with the world,

God has blessed me greatly,
He has been doing a great work on me lately,,,,
Not only has He given me the 2020 vision,
as a deadline, or the date Christ must return before,
             This generation shall not pass=(die) =(Mat 24:34)
know that it is near, even at the doors. The door is 2020 =(Mat 24:33)
But He has shown me something else that is awesome,
a better than perpetual motion engine,
His gift for the whole world,

I will tell you the whole original story,
after I share with you the latest news,
the latest news on an easy way of implementing these forces.
To produce a take anywhere power supply,
That needs no fuel to generate electricity,
As it produces enough power to not only keep itself running,
But it has a net gain of power,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I was given this picture in my head.
Of a standalone power generator
That would be capable of producing an almost unlimited supply of 12V electricity
And it could easily be built, by most mechanically inclined individuals,
Out of some ordinary electronics that can be found around most work areas,

All that you need to make your own power generator, is:
- a 12V battery,
- two 12V motors,
- a small and a large cog that will fit on these motors.
- The hardware to piece it together, (a mechano or erector set)
- Wires to go from the motors to the battery = Input + output
- And two speed controls, one for each motor
- The larger gear on the drive motor runs at full speed,= (no resistance)
- With the generator motor running at slow speed,= (max resistance)
- For the most drag or electricity breaking
- And it using the smallest cog,
- To have the greatest amount of rotations,
- As well as the increased voltage caused by the speed at which it runs,

The way that this machine works,
- You use the large cog on the drive(input) motor,
- And use the small cog on the generator (output) motor,
- Caution,,, this mechanism would need an automatic shut off,
- else, if there was no electrical work needed to be done,
- and the machine just ran itself amuck,
- this machine might overcharge the battery,
- Maybe even causing it to explode,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ƒ¼ !!!
-

please,,, if you do take me serious,,,,,,,,,
and build this mechanism,
could I ask you to email me back,
to tell me what your results were,

I would enjoy building a prototype of this,
Out of Lego even,,,, lol
But since I was paralyzed in an automobile,
about 13 years ago,
I find it almost imposable to tinker with things,
Things that I used to greatly enjoy studying and learning about,
As along with the paralyses, I had a pretty severe closed head injury,
Which not only took away most all of my short term memory,
But it also affected my dexterity,
and my hands are shaky now,
So,,,,,,,,,, I cannot find joy,
In tinkering anymore,,,,,

=========================================================
Now,,,, here is the story about the story of how I was gifted with this idea
========================================================
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------\
-------------------

I do not know why my Lord has chosen to share this with me, at this time,
Maybe it is because my Father knows that time is short,
and He wants to show all of mankind,
just one more way that He is Love,,,
God has shown me,
a way of gaining free energy,
                                     from the earth¡¦s gravitational forces,

This came to me when I was over visiting at the park,
I was thinking about how electricity worked,
and how my electric chair had the ability to charge itself,
on most any type of downhill run,
(as it uses an electrical breaking system)

I don¡¦t know if you know me or not,
but learning new things is one of my greatest pleasures,
When investigating how things work,,,
I always have to push the limits,,, lol
not only learning how things works,
but then play with trying to improve them,,,,, ļ

I went with the idea of a 10 speed bicycle, (something that I knew about)
where I wanted to go uphill in 10th gear, (least rotations of
pedals)=motor
and then downhill in 1st gear, (most rotations of pedals)=motor
So, I would go uphill at full speed,
+ then downhill at much slower speed,
So,,, now I had something to work with,
now I had measurable tests to do,

I started off with a low battery, (so that I did not have the power to drive all
the way up the hill)
driving up a steep hill in the full speed position, 10th gear, (until I
stopped = my battery died)
and then going back down the hill in slow speed, 1st gear (not a
crawl = I had time limits)
Then I immediately turned around, and went back up the hill
at full speed,
                         And guess what happened,,,,
I could travel 20 feet higher up the hill,
so, I had a net gain of electric power,
        ,,,,,,,, (a blessing from God)

Well, at first I thought that this might just be a strange happening,
so I did it again and again, doing it 3 times,
each time gaining 20 feet more distance, up a very steep hill,
Not only did I do it 3 times that day,,, gaining 60 feet
total,
but later, thinking that this went against logic, (I
must have dreamed it)
I did the whole experiment over again,
with the same electricity gaining results,

I know that there are inner workings of the motor + drive system,
that I have not even roughly looked into,
to find out why + how it works like a 10 speed,
Sorry, but I have no time to color + shade in this drawing,
I could only give you this rough sketch,
and let others get the enjoyment of filling in
the details,
I only hope that God will let you enjoy,
at least some of the thrills that I
have experienced,
when He showed this amazing reasoning to me,

I don¡¦t think that this is something patentable,
as it uses things that are already in existence,
             but if it is patentable,,,
Could I ask you to donate some of the profits to the Church,
as I think that it would a wise desision,
to repay something to the Creator of this idea,
                                     Please read (Luke 18:29-30)

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX (after thought) XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
I feel bad,,, about being so sluggish with my response,
wishing that I could have spoken of these things earlier,
feeling that I have been late in publishing this,
        Committing a major error myself,
in not getting these tools out there earlier,
as in, as soon as these came to me,

I will send you a copy of my 2020 Vision,
as soon as I finish it,
             real soooooooooonnnnnnnnn,,,,,,,,,,,,,
  XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Here is a copy of the email that I sent out to some of the energy researchers
of the world,
====================================================================
I know this may sound like it defies logic, and seemingly, it defies the laws of
physics, but this does work. My Lord showed me this system, by thinking of how a
10-speed bicycle worked, with the electric motor replacing the pedals. I figured
if I could drive my electric chair up the hill at full speed, or high gear,
(greater distance with less rotations) and then go downhill at slow speed, low
gear (more rotation with less distance) then maybe we could gain some electrical
power,,, trading time and elevation for power.
This is far out to lunch, as an idea right,,, but it works. On two separate
occasions, when I was over at the park, I preformed encouraging tests. I had to
start out with the batteries in my Quickie P200 chair,(15 years old) being run
down, so that the batteries would only let me go up a portion of the hill. I put
it in full speed, and drove up the hill until it stopped, with the chair battery
worn out, not able to go up the hill any further. I then turned the chair
around, and went down the hill at a slow speed,(within reason=not crawling)
gaining as much power out of the trip as I could. Then I immediately turn around
and went back up the hill as fast as I could, in high gear,,, and low and
behold, my chair went about 20 feet higher up the hill.
I was astonished, barely able to believe what was happening, so I tried it
again,,, and again. Each time, I gained about 20 feet more distance,,, so I
stopped after 3 times (it took a long time to come down the hill), each time
being able to go a little further up the hill. I even did this whole experiment
again, on another day,,, mostly because I thought that I must have dreamed it,,,
lol.
I believe that this could lead to the invention of many new
things,,, including having these gravity operated generators in the size that
can be used to power cars, and maybe even gain the ability to have smaller
forms, that could used as battery replacements.

NOW
Please,,, send this to everybody you know,,, so that we can have
more people working on ways to utilize this new technology,,,, after all, more
is usually better,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, lol

Benefits to humanity:
- To be an effective way to decrease our negative environmental effects
on our earth,
- To be able to give free electrical power to everyone,
- To greatly reduce our oil dependency,
- To give the Middle East less power,
- To lessen the chance of our need for oil getting us into another war,
- To put a needed boast to our economy,

Care should be taken when joining dissimiliar materials unless you are using aluminum for leads as well.  For Al to Al joints either welding or compression would seem appropriate.  Oxidation of joint should be addressed to prevent a high resistance joint.

Temperature rise would be addresses in the same manner as copper as insulation material would still be the limiting factor.
