Did you try SynXro? This is really a unique product, a PC to PC; or PC to LAN connection. Once you are connected it allows you to access ALL the drives of your PC and ALL the drives of all PCs connected to your LAN. From wherever you are, abroad, in a different country city or simply a different building, all you need is an internet connection to access all your drives, no additional software or hardware is required.
You buy a monthly license of $7 to use the services and all features of SynXro.
Try it out guys. It is really unique and so easy to use. A three minutes step for installation; a user name and password, and you are connected.
I design BLDC controls for Ametek-Rotron. One of my designs is a "64 frame" motor that has a 4" diameter stator, 4 poles and 60 degree electrical spacing on the hall sensors. This motor will actually run with 4 out the six
possible phase connection combinations, but only 1 out of six phase combinations is correct. I suspect that the phase colors on one of you motors does not correspond to the correct combination. You can verify this buy putting a scope from ground to
each phase connection and make sure it produces a nice trapezoid waveform. Good luck Rod

If it is sensor type, please adjust hall sequence properly. check the controller commutation technique like 60deg or 120deg. If you change the phase sequence w.r.t hall motor will jerk.
I am facing a problem with the Brushless hub motor for electric bike.
Got 2 motors of make "A" & "B" of same power. one Controller "C".
Two motors are same with 3 line terminals and 5 hall sensor
terminals to connect the controller.
when I use "A" motor & "C" controller combination - Under the following conditions: Controller wires - motor wires Red - Red Yellow - Yellow
Blue - Blue Motor runs smoothly in Clock wise direction. In other combination of windings - motor is not running. Controller wires - motor wires Red - yellow Yellow - blue Blue - red Motor is not running in this condition.
When I use "B" motor & same "C" controller Controller wires - motor wires Red - Red Yellow - Yellow Blue - Blue Motor not running - just giving a small jerk and stopping.
When I tried other combinations of wiring for Case-1 Controller wires - motor wires Red - yellow Yellow - blue Blue - red I observed that motor running at abnormally high speed.
Now my query is :
Same controller is behaving differently for different motors. I wanted to understand what may be the difference in motor design aspects which is giving difference in performance just by changing terminals.
The motor moves in clockwise direction smoothly by connecting corresponding R-R , Y-Y,B-B combination of windings.
Please brainstorm and help me out for what might be the reason behind this.
please let me know if the question is not clear.

Under the following conditions:
Controller wires - motor wires
Red - Red
Yellow - Yellow
Blue - Blue
Motor runs smoothly in Clock wise direction.
In other combination of windings - motor is not running.
Controller wires - motor wires
Red - yellow
Yellow - blue
Blue - red
Motor is not running in this condition.
When I use "B" motor & same "C" controller
Controller wires - motor wires

Motor not running - just giving a small jerk and stopping.
When I tried other combinations of wiring

We have been using the Classic Veinott method for determining the
Motor Parameters and Losses. This algorithm is more than 50 years old.
Since the advent of High Efficiency Standards (EPACT) there has been a
lot of work done to improve the calculation method. My queries are:
1. Is there any standardised algorithm for the Efficiency Calculation
by Segregation method for 1 ph Induction Motors?
2. Is there any algorithm to determine from test, the circuit
parameters like Reactances, iron and other losses etc to work out an
equivalent circuit?
3. Are these algorithms valid for very small output motors such as 5 W
to 40 W range having very large resistances and reactances ?
How I can join the team, there is not any link
avilable

Dear Friends.
I am doing Bench Marking study of an Universal Motor. I have
dismantled the motor and as a Staor (Field) assy and Rotor (Armature)
assy.
I want Measure the Iron loss of the steel which used for laminated
stack without disturbing the winding.
I need your help on above and kindly reply.
Thanking you.

if drives get ready signal to 3-ph IM ,then after motor is not operted for these problem i have spend 7 hr ,but till up to i have not conculded what is exactly problem is in motor ,following checks are doing my self: *Drives get input 290dc v * drives is not in ERROR mode * motor break get i/p *break resistance is 1.317 Kohm so give a way to me THANK YOU
First Connect three dummy resistors across three phase
and check the three phase PWM output.
if this PWM output voltage is appering then connect IM
motor it should work.
