Hi people,

I'm wondering if anyone ever used ElfDataTokenHandler. It sees a lot
of complexity for something that was only ever an idea, an idea that
turns out I didn't really need anyhow. I've never actually used
ElfDataTokenHandler.

I'm thinking of removing it.

ElfDataParser will remain unchanged, although I might allow better
typing of the context parameter passed to handlers. Right now the
context is always of type ElfDataParser.

It would be nice to allow the user to specify subclasses, so that
that don't need to explicitly typecast, as I must currently do with
my TinyXML project.
