EnerGym is a hybrid word, combining Energy and Gym or Gymnasium. Energy is from the Late Latin "energia," and the Greek "energcia" and "energos," meaning "active" (en = in, at; ergon = work). Gymnasium is from the Greek "gumnazein" meaning "to exercise naked" (gumnos = naked). So could EnerGym be about exercising energy theory and skills from the standpoint of the NAKED TRUTH. Here we won't be attempting to deceive anyone, or at least not intentionally, and we won't get caught up in our favorite theories and techniques to the point that we cease to be OPEN to other ideas. We BARE witness to the truth that we don't have a corner on the truth. The truth is ever emerging, forever unfolding. The Truth is energetic!
