Who is Mr. FEDERAL? How big are his pockets? How is it possible that the nuclear
(or was it unclear) industry, so efficient and competitive, has to ask Mr.
FEDERAL for MORE support?

surprise surprise....What ever happened to private investment money? From what I have read, there is a huge surplus of  that money lacking any viable project...
