I have the same exact problem, Canon T/S does not seem too concerned
to help. Too bad it does not give a specific error..

Camera works great but the software sucks.

What do you want this software for? I only use Canon's Digital Photo Professional and Adobe's Photoshop, and consider these to be enough for my processing...
