The newer version adds the resident which will block some spyware from
getting into your computer.
The 69273 processes blacklisted are the number of spyware programs
they know of to block.
There is nothing wrong with the Spybot-SD

I did what you said and downloaded the new version and did a scan. It
said it was clean. I deleted the other spybot before I installed the
new. However I now have an icon on the lower right that says
Spybot-SD Resident 69273 process blacklisted.App.C:\program
files\Spybot-Search Destroy\Data:C:\Documen...
I guess I am just too old for this stuff or too dumb.
I gave Tony P a call to see if he could give my computer a well baby
check.
If you have any other advice I would welcome it in case Tony is busy.
