Basically an instant blog.  Totally Free.  Really simple to add.

They will print in a weblog the text of your message, plus any attachment you put on it.
And you can moderate the additions.
 (Sounds about the same as  http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/epcc/ but this is in Blog format.)

You can add to your blog from your blackberry, cell phone.
You can attach any type of file and it will post along with the text of your email.
Handles photos, MP3's, documents and video (both links AND files)
