You haven't done the cartridge chip reset trick, have
you? If so, the indicator could read plenty of ink
while the cart is really empty.
Are you using OEM inks, or 3rd party inks?
My advice at this point is to call Epson. They'll
have a new printer out to you in 2 or 3 days.
