Eagle trade representative came and spoke
Eagle trade is basically an e-bay for Embry-Riddle Students
Students can buy and trade amongst Embry-Riddle students and faculty
SWE can advertise on eagle trade
1st month of advertising is free
Prices after: $5 month
$15 semester
Voting on whether we will advertise in 2 weeks
National Members:
You can become a national member please see Rowena or you can
register online.
If you do become a national member please let Chelsea know so she can
give you the appropriate points
Applications for the:
Region Colliegete Representative and News letter editor
Are currently being accepted
Regional Conference will be March 6th through 8th and will be held in
Atlanta, Georgia
Registration fee $40
Updates:
There are no classes on Monday 1/19/09 so there will not be a regular
meeting but there will be an officer's meeting.
Friday 1/23/09 will be a SWE game Night in the fountain room.

Meeting Information:
Regular meetings will be held from 5:00 to 6:15 pm on every Monday
unless otherwise stated at the meeting.
The new member's meeting will be held on 1/26/09
Hot chocolate and ea will be available and Apples to Apples(awesome
game) will be played as an ice breaker.
Outreaches:
Help 4th and 5th graders build and launch rockets
2:30 – 4:00 1/29/09
Upcoming Activities:
Student activities fair will be held 1/22/09
Set-up is at 7:30
The activity fair goes from 9am – 3pm
Handout freebies and talk to people about SWE
Kennedy Space Center(KSC) is doing a bring a friend to work day. SWE
members will be allowed to shadow an engineer for a day.
We must go as a group and can only choose one day. The dates and
where we would go are listed below.
March 21st (pad A)

Some changes have been made to the points system.
