What the event has become is a Powder-puff broomball competition. It will be set-up as a bracket style/ double elimination system; each team will consist of 6 girls and everyone, both audience and team members, will be wearing pajamas. The date is set for April 1st.  I would like to know if your organization would be interested in making a team.  I will send the sign-up packet and rules to the SWE President. what do you think, SWE?  Would you like to participate in this event?
